Anne-Claire THIBOULT


Anne-Claire THIBOULT is the Operation Director of RNI’s regulatory and scientific teams.

She has expertise in European and international food, cosmetic and borderline products laws. She offers regulatory guidance and support to RNI Conseil clients through feasability studies, consulting missions, trainings, due diligence and regulatory support on several themes including novel foods, food supplements and borderline products.

Anne-Claire THIBOULT earned her MSc in food engineering from the Agrocampus Ouest of Rennes (France).
